Prior to detailed design and development of construction documents, PR Aqua ensures that all assumptions are justified and that the facility users are comfortable with the design and operational plan of the proposed culture and water treatment systems. Once preliminary plans are approved, PR Aqua provides the detailed systems design engineering, and drawings and bid document preparation for all aquaculture specialty equipment and systems.

Cost control is understood to be of paramount importance to our clients and all efforts are made to limit operating costs and capital costs through design. Estimated project costs are re-evaluated regularly to ensure budget conformance. In today’s bidding climate, escalating construction costs are considered to be a significant challenge to the execution of most projects.
